Job Description
Pharmbills is seeking a Sales Director in Toronto to spearhead new BPO sales within the U.S. market. This role involves full ownership of the sales cycle, targeting key decision-makers in U.S. companies, and achieving a $1M+ annual sales quota. The Sales Director will represent the Pharmbills brand, customize workforce solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client handoffs. They will also monitor market trends and provide feedback to refine sales strategies. Approximately 30% travel to the U.S. is expected for client meetings and industry events.
    Role Involves:
  • Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-year BPO contracts.
  • Identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers in U.S. companies.
  • Customizing and presenting value-driven workforce solutions.
  • Maintaining an active and accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Representing Pharmbills at industry events and client meetings.
    Requirements:
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years at a Director level or higher.
  • Demonstrated success selling outsourcing or offshoring services (BPO/KPO) into the U.S. market.
  • Proven ability to close mid-to-large sized deals ($100K+ ARR per client).
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales methodologies.
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined sales process management.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to create tailored proposals.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. (~30%).
