Job Description

AB InBev is seeking a Manager, Product Management to join their team in Campinas, Brazil. The Growth Group at ABI unifies business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams. This role is pivotal in driving the strategy, development, and delivery of impactful products and features. The Product Manager will bridge stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure product vision aligns with business goals and user needs. He/she will:

• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful feature delivery.
• Build and manage product roadmaps.
• Act as the voice of the customer.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams.
• Use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Write detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor and communicate product performance.
• Participate in technical discussions.
• Facilitate continuous improvement in team processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in product management (Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst).
• Proven track record in managing medium-to-large projects.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data analytics platforms.
• Ability to write clear requirements, business cases, and user stories.
• Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations; SQL knowledge is a plus.
