AB InBev is seeking an Engineering Coordinator for its BEES expansion in Campinas, Brazil. The role is within the Growth Group, which focuses on B2B, DTC, Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams. The Engineering Coordinator will be a leading voice in team discussions, propose technical solutions, and ensure code quality.

Role Involves:

  • Proposing and developing technical solutions.
  • Fostering adoption of best coding practices.
  • Ensuring code quality.
  • Understanding the front and backend ecosystem and deployment process.
  • Leading the team technically.
  • Benchmarking technology and development practices.
  • Maintaining documentation, charts and diagrams.
  • Monitoring and improving monitoring dashboards.
  • Providing technical guidance.
  • Scaling the application to new locations.
  • Implementing and improving migration process automation.
  • Starting projects from scratch.
  • Deploying incremental software releases.
  • Collaborating with the international cross-functional team.
  • Writing technical documentation.
  • Undertaking business trips.

Requirements:

  • University degree in computing-related courses.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Upper-intermediate to Advanced English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Experience with software, systems, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving.
  • Proficiency in optimizing software adaptability.
  • Experience with Java, Spring framework, and Python.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and patterns.
  • Experience in micro-frontends pattern.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture.
  • Azure Dev Ops, Kubernetes, Docker, Test Automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading the deployment of systems into production.
  • Experience in a high-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Solid understanding of clean software design principles.
  • Good active listening skills and empathy.
  • Ability to go on business trips.
