DeepIntent is seeking a Sr Technical Account Manager to join their Platform Operations team in NYC. In this client-facing role, the Sr TAM will support self-service clients, providing hands-on assistance to onboard, launch, and optimize campaigns within DeepIntent’s Healthcare DSP. What this role involves: - Ownership of post-sale client communication on DSP operations.
- Managing day-to-day account oversight for Self-Service clients.
- Performing initial troubleshooting of customer issues.
- Developing expert-level knowledge of the DeepIntent marketing platform.
- Training and guiding clients to ensure campaign success.
- Maintaining up-to-date information in the CRM.
- Managing onboarding process for new accounts.
- Identifying growth opportunities and strategic recommendations.
- Sharing client feedback with Engineering & Product teams.
- Developing and instituting best practices.
- Staying current with industry standards.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Account Management, or Customer Success within Ad Tech or Digital Media.
- Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem.
- Passion for digital advertising.
- Detail-oriented and organized with project management experience.
- Programmatic trading experience within an agency or 3rd party trade desk.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven track record of owning customer relationships.
