Brooklinen is seeking a welcoming and kindhearted Part-time Sales Associate for their Santa Monica store. The Sales Associate will play a key role in shaping the retail experience for customers and contributing to the future of Brooklinen's retail stores.   • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Acting as a Brooklinen brand ambassador.
  • Engaging with loyal customers and forming new relationships.
  • Educating customers on product assortment, brand history, and value proposition.
  • Receiving and organizing inventory.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of in-store special events.
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of experience in a retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Clear, confident, and enthusiastic communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and a service- and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
  • Passionate, inclusive, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
