Enterpret is seeking a Head of Talent & People Operations to empower their team in a high-growth environment. This role involves driving the hiring engine for Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) and acting as the architect of the internal organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building exceptional teams, thrive on problem-solving, and believe in creating a culture of excellence.Responsibilities include:
- Crafting and executing a strategic hiring plan aligned with the product roadmap for Engineering, Product, and Design orgs.
- Building recruiting channels to attract top-tier talent.
- Partnering with stakeholders to deliver lightweight onboarding that ramps new hires to productivity.
- Formalizing performance cycles and leveling guides and maintaining transparent, competitive compensation bands.
- Launching engagement and recognition programs that foster candid feedback, transparency, and a culture of excellence.
- Running pulse surveys and listening sessions, turning insights into actionable programs.
Requirements:
- 6+ years recruiting top-tier engineering & product talent in product-led tech companies (Series A/B preferred).
- Proven ability to hire 10+ engineers per year while maintaining ≥ 80 % offer-accept rate.
- Deep connections in the Indian tech ecosystem and experience managing external recruiting partners.
- Fluency with modern TA tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn) and HRIS suites.
- Comfortable slicing funnel data, setting KPIs, and iterating processes weekly.
- Able to coach founders & EMs and influence decisions without formal authority.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour law, contractor vs. FTE nuances, and POSH guidelines.
- Exceptional written & verbal skills; you inspire, align, and drive action across teams.
