Job Description

Workshop is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Ireland to collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams. This inaugural European hire offers a unique opportunity to establish Workshop's regional presence and influence international growth. The Solutions Engineer will partner with customers pre- and post-sale, assisting with technical onboarding and support. The ideal candidate possesses experience in technical customer support and a deep understanding of enterprise IT deployments, email providers, and security protocols. The primary goal is to ensure customer success by addressing technical needs throughout their journey with the Workshop platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategizing with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams
  • Supporting customers with technical assistance and education
  • Collaborating with the product team to resolve customer issues
  • Creating technical documentation
  • Educating customers on account setup
  • Supporting sales and CS teams with technical queries

Requirements:

  • Experience as a solutions engineer, technical support, or similar role
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT deployments and technologies (Microsoft ActiveDirectory, Google Workspace, Okta)
  • Experience with email, DNS, and email security
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and curious
  • Excellent communication skills
