Machine Learning Engineer at AB InBev Growth Group

AB InBev is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the Growth Group in Campinas, Brazil. The Growth Group unifies AB InBev's B2B, DTC, Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams, leveraging data and driving digital transformation globally. The Machine Learning Engineer will architect and lead the implementation of BEES Ai's Mission, Vision, and ML Strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and orchestrate the implementation of BEES Ai's Mission, Vision, and ML Strategy.
• Own technical end-to-end delivery of ML pipelines from architecture to production scaling.
• Create a culture of empathy and psychological safety.
• Spearhead a diagram-based approach to articulating planned green-field and brown-field development.
• Manage product resourcing allocation to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or any quantitative field.
• Experience with Machine Learning Platform Architecture.
• Systems Thinking and Software Design Patterns
• GitHub Workflows, Python, PySpark, DataDog, Terraform, API Management, Front End technology frameworks, Software Development Lifecycle, Bash, Docker, Software System Integration, Software Refactoring Techniques, Test Driven Development.
