Job Description
Ocado Group is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to impact business performance. The role involves working with stakeholders, providing insights for strategic decisions, and contributing to budgets and reporting. This is a growth opportunity into Commercial Finance, offering the chance to work with Senior stakeholders, budget holders within Product and contribute to their overall objectives within budget.
    Role involves:
  • Partnering with business teams for financial insights.
  • Collaborating on financial reporting.
  • Managing the budget across Product Tech R&D.
  • Preparing ROI calculations for key Technology products.
  • Supporting business cases for new initiatives.
  • Delivering management information and ad hoc analysis.
  • Supporting investment appraisals.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial standards and controls.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
    Requirements:
  • Fully (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) qualified.
  • Experience in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to challenge ways of working.
