Frontend Developer | TaDa Delivery at AB InBev Growth Group

TaDa Delivery, part of ABInBev's ecosystem, is seeking a Frontend Developer. The company is focused on using technology to create innovative digital solutions. The Growth Group, created in 2022, brings together global tech and commercial functions to drive digital transformation and organic growth for AB InBev.

The Frontend Developer will collaborate on technical designs, solution development, and quality assurance for new features. This role involves working closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth implementation, rollout, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in defining best practices and architecture standards.
• Aligning with Engineering Managers for decentralized technical decisions.
• Participating in high-level requirements meetings.
• Supporting the squad in making technical decisions and creating standards.
• Suggesting new tools and technologies.
• Communicating ideas and raising issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contributing to the Frontend Chapter and disseminating technical knowledge.
• Assisting with the career development of other developers.
• Handling technical integration between squads.
• Identifying, prioritizing, and resolving technical debts and bugs.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and its main frameworks.
• Knowledge in Typescript, NodeJS, NestJS is a plus.
• Knowledge in Flutter for mobile positions and React for web positions.
• Experience in API and capabilities.
• Experience in Cloud platforms and main providers.
• Experience in Monitoring Tools, Metrics and Observability.
• Experience in Agile Framework.
• Experience in DevOps culture, automation (CI/CD) and main tools.
• Knowledge in Quality (stress tests, load, TDD, BDD).
