Job Description
Angi is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for connecting homeowners with reliable professionals. Angi has a mission to get jobs done well, and the Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in achieving this goal.
The Inside Sales Representative will work directly with small and mid-sized businesses, helping them grow by connecting them with homeowners actively looking for home services. They will sell qualified leads and help service providers reach customers through customized lead solutions.
What this role involves:
- Outreach to service providers via phone nationwide.
- Overcoming objections and negotiating solutions.
- Coaching service providers on building life-long consumers.
- Researching service providers.
- Guiding service providers through the background check process.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of sales or customer facing experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in sales, especially inside sales, is a plus
- Motivation to exceed sales goals
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Proven computer aptitude including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Individual Hardline High-speed internet connection
- Able to provide proof you are at least 21 years of age
What Angi offers:
- Uncapped commission + a base salary of $36,000
- Average annual earnings $70,000 - $80,000, with the top 10% earning as much as $150,000+
