Apollo.io, a leading go-to-market solution provider, is seeking a Senior Campaign & Field Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and pipeline growth across EMEA. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing programs aligned with sales priorities to accelerate regional growth. The Senior Campaign & Field Marketing Manager will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and global Marketing teams to localize campaigns, manage field initiatives, and promote the brand across priority markets.Role involves:

• Developing and executing integrated campaign plans tailored to EMEA market needs.
• Partnering with Sales and SDR teams to align marketing activities to target accounts and sales motions.
• Planning and managing field marketing programs, including events, account-based initiatives, executive dinners, webinars, and partner co-marketing.
• Localizing global campaigns and messaging for key EMEA regions.
• Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing program performance.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Managing vendors, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including field, campaigns, or demand generation roles in EMEA.
• Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing plans.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with regional sales teams.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop compelling messaging and localize content.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program impact.
• Comfortable working independently in a high-growth, global organization.
