Job Description
Later, a leader in social media and influencer marketing, is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships. This role involves establishing and deepening Later's partnerships with key social media platforms, technology providers, and partner distribution channels. The Director will build and maintain relationships with industry players, identify new technical integration opportunities, negotiate deals, manage cross-functional integration initiatives, and ensure client satisfaction.Responsibilities:
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities through API-driven partnerships.
  • Develop and own a comprehensive partnerships strategy focused on scalable integration models.
  • Lead executive-level negotiations with strategic partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Later’s product, engineering, and business development teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners.
  • Stay informed about industry news and trends.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development.
  • Established key contacts/executive relationships across social platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and executive-level negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective partnership strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Passion for the creator industry and a deep understanding of the landscape.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
