Job Description
Scale is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a generalist who is impact-driven, analytical, and ready to tackle ambitious goals. The Business Operations & Strategy team supports various departments, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing, by providing planning, analytical, operational, and strategic support.

Responsibilities:
  • Tackling ambiguous problems and driving them to successful outcomes.
  • Becoming an expert on how Scale operates and understanding the AI industry.
  • Building high-trust relationships across the organization.
  • Owning work and outcomes autonomously.
  • Partnering with the executive team on critical business decisions.
  • Incubating and scaling new teams.
  • Designing and managing operational and analytical systems.
  • Potentially transitioning to full ownership of a specific role or team within Scale.


Requirements:
  • Ability to operate independently in a rapidly changing industry.
