Job Description
Whatnot is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves ensuring customers receive their orders promptly and resolving any issues that arise. The Customer Experience team is responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude.
- Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions.
- Become an expert in Whatnot’s product, processes, and systems.
- Work with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve open questions.
- Seek opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Weekend availability.
- 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services.
- Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
- Experience with Customer facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
- Obsession with customers / being customer first / serving customers.
- Proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
- Previous start-up experience is a plus.
- Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our Phoenix, AZ hub.
