Technical Product Manager at AB InBev Growth Group

AB InBev is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join the Growth Group in Campinas, Brazil. The Growth Group unifies AB InBev's B2B, DTC, Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams, driving digital transformation and organic growth. The Technical Product Manager will play a crucial role in building and driving technical products, enabling productivity for engineering teams.

The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for:

• Building, driving, and owning technical products with internal local and global tech teams.
• Building high-quality product roadmaps based on the company's vision and strategy.
• Managing trade-offs to guarantee the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.
• Driving decision-making throughout the team.
• Partnering with global product teams to identify and influence the development of new products and services.
• Creating goals and related metrics, tracking progress, and managing through obstacles.
• Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis, and linking to specific improvement areas.
• Using the backstage processes, APIs, and technical conversations.

Requirements for the role include:

• Solid experience in technology Products as System analyst, Product Owner, Associate Product Manager for technical products.
• Experience in Project Management of medium to large projects with tight timelines.
• Obsession with building the best experience for customers/suppliers.
• Passion for solving problems.
• Experience with back and frontend teams.
• Flexibility with scope changes.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss business concepts with a product mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Technology background with participation in integration processes between systems.
