Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a Sr. Service Cloud Voice Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will utilize their AWS Developer skills to work on Service Cloud Voice projects, ensuring customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions. They will also facilitate business process reviews, educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and translate customer requirements into contact center designs.
Role involves:
- Utilizing AWS Developer skills on Service Cloud Voice projects
- Ensuring customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions
- Facilitating business process reviews to identify customer requirements
- Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
- Acting as a technical liaison between customers, partners, and support
- Managing all technical aspects of projects and customer communications
Requirements:
- Customer-facing contact center experience
- Experience with Amazon Connect
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience deploying AWS resources using infrastructure as code
- Comfortable writing Lambda functions in JavaScript or Python
- Experience creating bots in Lex
