Blockchain.com is seeking a Senior Counsel, Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement & Employment to join their legal team. The candidate will be responsible for all legal matters pertaining to litigation, regulatory investigations/enforcement, and employment. This role involves overseeing litigation, supporting the People Team, and managing legal risks.Blockchain.com is one of the world’s leading software platforms for digital assets. • Advising on and managing all litigation matters.
• Managing escalated matters related to law enforcement requests.
• Advising on employment legal issues globally.
• Partnering with internal teams to resolve potential disputes.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating legal risks.

Requirements:

• JD/law degree and bar admission in the US.
• 8+ years relevant experience in litigation, regulatory investigations/enforcement, and employment law.
• In-house FinTech experience is a bonus.
• Class actions experience is a major plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills.
