Job Description
The company is seeking a Business Development Representative to serve as a crucial link between the Marketing and Sales teams. This role focuses on cultivating new business opportunities through outreach and relationship-building with potential clients. The ideal candidate will leverage their communication skills to foster strong connections with future customers, driving sales and contributing to the company's long-term growth. This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our local Boston office.

Role Involves:
  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and developing them into sales opportunities.
  • Contacting potential clients through phone calls and emails.
  • Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
  • Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
  • Presenting the company to potential clients.
  • Engaging with potential clients at regular industry-leading events.
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
  • Staying up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (or similar) or relevant field experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
  • Track record of successfully engaging with prospects.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot and Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
