[Chairman’s Office] Policy Analyst (5년 ~ 10년)

Job Description

Krafton is seeking a Policy Analyst to join their Chairman’s Office in Seoul. This role involves working directly with the Chairman on key initiatives related to social responsibility, including education and policy. The Policy Analyst will contribute to addressing societal issues and driving positive change.

The Policy Analyst will be responsible for:

• Conducting in-depth research and analysis on the Chairman's key agendas and issues (education, law/policy, external relations, social issues, etc.).
• Planning and managing internal/external expert groups (networks) related to the Chairman's key agendas and issues.
• Planning and preparing materials for the Chairman's external activities.
• Managing cross-functional projects with various relevant departments within the company.
• Communicating and collaborating with internal team members.

Krafton requires candidates to have:

• Ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis on various topics to create insightful reports and communicate effectively with senior management.
• Ability to proactively define and plan new tasks and execute them autonomously.
• Ability to represent the company in external networks as needed.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with relevant departments.
• No restrictions on overseas travel.
