Job Description

Landor is seeking a Client Manager to join their Southeast Asia team in Jakarta. This role is pivotal in ensuring flawless project management and client service. The Client Manager will support the Client Service team to deliver projects on scope, on time, and within budget. They will also identify opportunities to expand existing business and contribute to new business ventures.

The Client Manager acts as the client's spokesperson, conveying their story and business challenges to the internal team. They ensure all client-facing materials are error-free, high-quality, and relevant, reflecting Landor's approach to Brand Transformation. This role involves overseeing the quality of output and providing solutions to client's business problems.

What this role involves:

  • Supporting the Client Service team
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget
  • Growing existing business and add value to other new business pursuits
  • Communicating client's business challenges internally
  • Overseeing the quality of output

Requirements:

  • Strong project management and organisation skills
  • Previous experience managing client projects in an agency environment
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in Bahasa and English
