Frontend Engineer - Onboarding

Job Description

BitGo is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join their team in New York City. The Frontend Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining UI and frontend components of BitGo's onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with design and product managers to plan and develop new UIs
• Improving existing UI functionality on a variety of products
• Building reusable code for future use
• Making codebase health improvements
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements
• Mentoring peers through code reviews and education
• Providing maintenance support and enhancing performance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of frontend and UI development experience
• Strong experience with React
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and design systems
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work independently
