Job Description
Twitch is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to guide the success of influential content creators within the Twitch Partner Program, focusing on the Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) region. This role involves enhancing the live streaming experience for Arabic-speaking broadcasting partners and serving as their liaison with Twitch. The Strategic Partner Manager will lead regional content creator development, identify and onboard new user-generated content opportunities, and scale strategic programs tied to content growth. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the creator market in the region, possess client management experience, and have a passion for creator content. This position reports to the Director of Partnerships EMEA and is based in Dubai.
Role involves:
- Managing new and existing partnered content creators.
- Supporting global initiatives for local content creator recruitment and development.
- Creating and running local strategic programs.
- Communicating product and policy updates.
- Reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborating with various teams to address creator issues.
- Bridging the language barrier between Twitch and the local community.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
- 4+ years of account management experience in the Arabic-speaking digital content landscape.
- Community management experience within the content or gaming industry.
- Understanding of online video and advertising metrics.
- Familiarity with Twitch as a user or broadcaster.
- Understanding of the traditional and digital media sector.
- Experience in setting and exceeding goals.
