Job Description
Axon is seeking a Senior Product Manager I to join its Enterprise team. This role focuses on developing and evolving a portfolio of connected sensors, body cameras, and cloud applications into personal safety platforms for various frontline workers. The Senior Product Manager will deeply understand the challenges faced by large organizations and translate these insights into product strategies that drive revenue and market expansion.
Role Involves:
- Spearheading segment-specific innovation.
- Mapping jobs-to-be-done and personas.
- Partnering with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Building relationships with enterprise customers.
- Creating product vision and strategy artifacts.
- Owning the delivery of roadmap items from conception to launch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software product organizations, with 2+ years in product management leadership.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers.
- Ability to travel 25-30%.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
