Job Description
Axon is seeking a Senior Product Manager I to join its Enterprise team. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will focus on evolving a portfolio of connected sensors, body cameras, and cloud applications into personal safety platforms for frontline workers. The Senior Product Manager will deeply understand the challenges of large organizations and translate those insights into product strategies.Role involves:- Spearheading segment-specific innovation.
- Mapping jobs-to-be-done and personas.
- Partnering with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Writing detailed product vision and strategy documents.
- Owning the delivery of roadmap items from conception to launch.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software product organizations, with 2+ years in product management leadership.
- 1+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers.
- Ability to travel 25-30% of the year.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
