xAI is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Memphis, TN. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing candidate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and driving process improvement initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

The role involves:

• Coordinating and managing onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews.
• Scheduling candidate interviews and handling candidate logistics.
• Representing and facilitating partnerships with stakeholders.
• Driving process improvement initiatives.
• Updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
• Evaluating and recommending recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience in people operations or recruiting functions.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple on-going projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Team player with a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
