Staff Engineer

Job Description

DKatalis, a financial technology company with offices in the APAC region, is seeking a Staff Engineer to join their team in Singapore. The Staff Engineer will play a crucial role in building, deploying, and supporting digital products, while leading the team to deliver robust and resilient systems.

The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality and foster a culture of feedback and mentorship.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, refining, and developing products from concept to implementation.
• Leading the team in creating best-in-class products and experiences.
• Ensuring the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
• Continuously improving code quality and driving innovation.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Mastery of programming concepts and design patterns.
• Hands-on expertise in Java / Javascript or its derivatives.
• Experience with front-end developments (Flutter Preferred)
• Experience with Lean/XP practices and Agile Software development
• Excited to mentor and groom the team collectively
