Bynder is seeking a Salesforce Functional Application Analyst to join their Business Applications team. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing Bynder’s commercial business processes built on the Salesforce platform. They will work closely with business stakeholders, propose optimizations, define processes, and facilitate implementation. This role involves leading cross-department projects and ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
The role involves:
- Owning and driving projects from end to end.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and RevOps.
- Ensuring the health of the Salesforce landscape.
- Leading Design, Build, Test, and Rollout phases.
- Leading integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems.
- Defining adoption approach with business leaders and operations.
- Collaborating on user training.
- Troubleshooting complex issues.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience on CPQ is a plus.
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders and define processes.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration.
- Experience in data modeling and process automation.
- Experience in an agile way of working (Scrum).
- Bachelor or Master in Business IT Management, Computer Science or similar fields.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and solution design on Salesforce platform.
- Fluency in English and willingness to live in or relocate to Amsterdam.
