Bynder, a digital asset management platform, is seeking a tech-savvy and candidate-centric Talent Acquisition Partner to join their global TA team in Amsterdam. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A roles in various locations. This individual will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

The role involves:

  • Owning and driving all aspects of the hiring life cycle
  • Maintaining transparency and proactive communication
  • Partnering with hiring managers to assess talent needs
  • Developing sourcing strategies to maximize the qualified candidate pool
  • Being passionate about tech and promoting Bynder as an employer

Requirements for the role include:

  • Proactive mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Can-do, hands-on mentality
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting commercial roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
  • Good command of English
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently
