Job Description
Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated Manager to support PlayStation's global business initiatives. This role focuses on the planning, management, and analysis of research and development expenses, operational costs, and personnel (HC) for the PlayStation business, with a global perspective centered in Japan. The Manager will collaborate with various functional leaders to develop budgets, analyze performance against forecasts, and accurately communicate the business's status to executives and stakeholders within and outside the Sony Group, thereby contributing to the company's overall management.Role involves:
- Managing and controlling budget execution.
- Analyzing budget vs. actual results.
- Supporting organizational operations for the department.
- Communicating business status to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management accounting.
- Experience using English in a business setting.
- At least 1 year of people management experience or 3 years of team leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
