Sr. Project Manager

Job Description

Viral Nation is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of marketing projects. The Sr. Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Responsibilities include:

• Providing operational oversight on multiple $1M+ workstreams
• Partnering with Account Team Senior Leads to align on staffing optimizations and workstream priorities
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
• Coordinating project activities and monitoring progress
• Identifying and managing project dependencies, risks, and issues
• Leading and motivating project teams
• Conducting regular team meetings and communicating project updates
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
• Managing stakeholder expectations
• Developing and managing project budgets
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
• Implementing project management methodologies and best practices

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing project priorities
