Job Description
Ada is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact with potential clients. This role involves communicating the value of Ada's AI Agents, consulting with prospective clients, and understanding their business challenges. The representative will undergo training to gain product knowledge and learn to use sales tools. This is a hybrid position based in the Toronto office, requiring 4 days per week in the office.
Role involves:
- Crafting and deploying personalized omni channel campaigns
- Qualifying prospective clients on video and phone calls
- Becoming an Ada product expert
- Developing new outbound prospecting strategies
- Using modern sales tools
- Collaborating with Account Executives
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Outside-the-box thinking and adaptability
- Previous SaaS experience is a plus
