Anaplan Model Builder

Job Description

Ping Identity is seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate will partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and Sales Compensation teams to design and build scalable, cross-functional Anaplan models, empowering data-driven decisions. This role involves leading requirements gathering, model architecture, and implementation to drive automation and efficiency across planning and reporting processes. The candidate will ensure the integrity and performance of the Anaplan environment.Role involves:

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of complex Anaplan models.
• Facilitating user story workshops and gathering detailed business requirements.
• Streamlining planning workflows and improving system performance.
• Documenting model architecture and configurations.
• Evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing legacy models.
• Supporting bi-directional integrations with key business systems.
• Building user-friendly dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Sales Performance Management.
• Certified Anaplan Model Builder (Level 2 or higher).
• Solid understanding of multi-dimensional modeling and Anaplan best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
