Job Description

Ping Identity is seeking a Director of AI & Data to lead and direct the company's business intelligence, generative AI, and internal innovation technology initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, development, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies to enhance business operations and competitive advantage.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic roadmaps for business intelligence, generative AI, and internal innovation.
• Overseeing the development and maintenance of business intelligence systems and tools like Tableau and Databricks.
• Establishing the technology and process foundation for the adoption of generative AI solutions.
• Managing internal innovation programs and initiatives.
• Leading and managing a team of technical professionals.

Requirements for this position include:

• Proven experience in leading business intelligence, AI, and innovation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, AI technologies, and innovation methodologies.
• Experience in managing technical teams and projects.
• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies (e.g., Databricks, AWS, Tableau) and widely-used large language models.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
