Job Description
Datacor is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to join their Delivery team. This role is crucial for leading and executing all aspects of client's software utilization, developing and implementing strategies for best practices across various industries. The Senior Implementation Specialist will guide clients through every stage of their life cycle, including acquisitions, disposals, and strategic reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for delivering solutions across diverse industries.
- Plan and schedule the delivery process, defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.
- Manage the budget and resources, allocating tasks to team members and ensuring projects stay on track.
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans.
- Track progress and adjust schedules to maintain delivery timelines.
- Conduct executive status meetings with stakeholders.
- Understand key business drivers and manage issues through insights and advice.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of deliveries.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
- Stay updated on ERP trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in ERP Software or Utilization.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Application implementation experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Superb computer literacy with business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
