Job Description

Lantern is seeking a Customer Engagement Advocate to create a concierge-level experience for its members navigating the surgical continuum. As the face of the company, the CEA will develop high-quality relationships and create memorable experiences. This role involves engaging and educating members on the surgery process, incentives, and provider selection, as well as coordinating with physician offices. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, passionate about customer service, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging and educating members on the Surgery offering.
  • Coordinating appointments and travel.
  • Assisting with provider selection.
  • Following up on and resolving issues.
  • Maintaining PPI requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social services, public health or related field preferred.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-3 years experience in customer service and/or sales enablement.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
