The company isaac is seeking a Senior Analyst to focus on defining and monitoring goals and performance within the Customer Success team. This role involves aligning company objectives with team goals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and translating data into actionable insights.Role involves:

• Supporting the development of goal strategies.
• Collaborating with various teams to co-create solutions.
• Translating data into clear and influential communications.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying improvement opportunities.
