Verkada, a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for México. This role involves leading pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suite. The Demand Generation Manager will build and execute B2B marketing programs, working closely with sales leadership to shape and scale the go-to-market strategy. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence Verkada’s growth in a strategic vertical.Role involves:
- Creating annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Designing and managing a scalable framework for field marketing and outbound sales.
- Creating impactful field marketing programs to engage customers and partners.
- Managing the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with internal teams across sales and marketing.
- Tracking and analyzing key campaign metrics.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience in an IT, high-tech, business-to-business, marketing or sales environment.
- Proven ability to execute on multiple concurrent events, experienced in trade show event management.
- Leadership mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Scrappy, do whatever it takes attitude.
- Must be in-office when not traveling.
