Helmes is seeking an Analyst to contribute to a high-impact public sector project in Estonia. The Analyst will work within an agile team to build influential solutions and modernize portal and micro front-end capabilities. • Helping build influential solutions for proactive services.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience in RestAPI design and data analysis technologies.
• Familiarity with UML and BPM notations.
• Experience in requirements mapping and analysis.
• Ability to create clear and accurate technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Very good Estonian and English skills, both written and spoken.
