Job Description
OneSignal is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to manage and improve their CRM (Salesforce) and support Marketing, Sales, Success, and Support stakeholders. The Revenue Operations Senior Analyst will build and manage CRM dashboards, create supporting reporting, and generate ad hoc reports as needed. They will analyze CRM data and generate impactful insights for the Go-To-Market (GTM), Finance, Product, and Leadership teams. The ideal candidate will optimize revenue funnels, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase sales efficiency and productivity. They will also develop sales territories and segmentation, create account books for Sales teams, and manage account reassignment processes.
Responsibilities: - Manage and improve CRM (Salesforce)
- Build and manage CRM dashboards
- Analyze CRM data and generate insights
- Optimize revenue funnels
- Develop sales territories and segmentation
- Manage lead routing system
- Build and maintain sales forecasts and reporting
- Administer and analyze GTM compensation plans
- Manage core GTM systems
- Support Marketing, Sales, and Success colleagues
- Onboard and train new customer-facing employees
Requirements: - 2-5 years experience in GTM operations at a technology company, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience with tools like Outreach, Gong, and LeanData a plus
- Technically inclined with knowledge of modern GTM business solutions
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
