Job Description
Tenstorrent is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support their operations. This role is based in Austin, TX and offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle at a fast-paced company. The HR Operations Coordinator will be the first point of contact for employee questions, manage HRIS data changes, and coordinate physical mail and document operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions.
- Own and process employee lifecycle changes.
- Manage HRIS data changes.
- Coordinate physical mail and document operations.
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Facilities.
- Support audits, reporting, and special projects.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of HR or People Operations experience.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and love to build as you go.
- Care about the employee experience.
- Tech-savvy and ready to learn HR systems (experience with Rippling is a bonus).
