Job Description
Tenstorrent is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support their operations. This role is based in Austin, TX and offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle at a fast-paced company. The HR Operations Coordinator will be the first point of contact for employee questions, manage HRIS data changes, and coordinate physical mail and document operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions.
  • Own and process employee lifecycle changes.
  • Manage HRIS data changes.
  • Coordinate physical mail and document operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Facilities.
  • Support audits, reporting, and special projects.

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of HR or People Operations experience.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and love to build as you go.
  • Care about the employee experience.
  • Tech-savvy and ready to learn HR systems (experience with Rippling is a bonus).
