Stone is seeking a Commercial Retention Analyst to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on the customer. The Commercial Retention Analyst will be responsible for providing reactive and proactive customer service via chat and/or telephone to negotiate fees and cancellations, and may offer new products if they make sense to the entrepreneur.

The role involves:
  • Providing reactive and proactive customer service via chat and/or telephone.
  • Negotiating fees and cancellations.
  • Offering new products to entrepreneurs.
  • Resolving problems and proposing solutions.
  • Ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Participating in training and results meetings.
  • Creating action plans to achieve objectives.
  • Proposing improvements to tools, processes, and service channels.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience (minimum 1 year).
  • Customer service experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and didactic.
  • Negotiation and influence skills.
