Job Description
Cresta is seeking an Associate Conversational AI Designer to join their Conversation Design team. This role involves assisting in designing AI conversation models and conversational experiences for virtual agents, contributing to the enhancement of contact center operations. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and may involve direct interaction with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all stages of AI Delivery projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build AI solutions.
- Assist in designing solutions for contact centers.
- Define labeling guidelines for conversational AI models.
- Lead model maintenance efforts.
- Design and develop virtual agent solutions using Google's Dialogflow CX.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- General knowledge of Conversational AI and natural language processing models.
- Background in Linguistics preferred.
- Experience working with Python is a plus.
- Experience working with Dialogflow CX or another bot design platform is a plus.
