Job Description
Swish Analytics is seeking a Technical Project Manager to play a key role in building and guiding the next generation of Swish Software Engineering products. The Project Manager will work with a passionate and hard-working team with varying experience levels. This position is 100% remote.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute on engineering initiatives.
- Defining and documenting project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Developing full-scale project plans and associated project & communication artifacts.
- Managing the data science backlog and prioritizing them based on evolving requirements.
- Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
- Assisting in the staffing and assignment of resources based on project needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on engineering projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Asana or Jira.
- Hands-on experience with data science tools and technologies, such as Python, SQL, AWS, etc.
