Bynder is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join Bynder Labs, its innovation incubator focusing on AI and ML. In this role, the candidate will be the central figure for AI, both internally and externally, combining a 0-to-1 mindset with a drive for rapid experimentation. The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of AI-powered DAM and driving new product ideas from concept to launch.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a go-to expert on AI-driven initiatives.
  • Defining and owning the product roadmap.
  • Leading 0-to-1 product initiatives.
  • Synthesizing insights and validate opportunities.
  • Championing rapid prototyping and iteration.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Promoting thought leadership.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 5+ years in Product Management.
  • Experience managing complex product portfolios and launching new AI/ML focused products.
  • A 0-to-1 innovation mindset.
  • Technical fluency.
  • Market and customer empathy.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity and drive.
