Job Description
Cloudbeds is seeking a Sales Director to drive growth by leveraging their network and understanding of the large independent hotels and Group Sales hotel landscape. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in expanding Cloudbeds' brand and driving high-value ARR. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring new clients.Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute a sales strategy targeting independent hotels and groups.
  • Deliver on sales forecasts.
  • Conduct virtual client presentations.
  • Represent Cloudbeds at industry events.
  • Provide feedback to sales leadership, product, and marketing teams.
  • Cultivate post-sale relationships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a top-performing sales professional.
  • Deep understanding of the mid-market hotel ecosystem.
  • Expertise in hospitality technology.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in building pipelines independently.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • Alignment with Cloudbeds’ core values.
