Menyala, a venture builder founded by Temasek in Singapore, is seeking a Founder in Residence (FIR) to lead the exploration, validation, and initial execution of their venture concept. This role offers the flexibility to shape the direction of the idea, from problem identification and early user discovery to MVP design and testing. The FIR will be backed by Menyala’s studio team, a network of advisors, and a structured methodology designed to help founders build fundable, scalable ventures.What the role involves:

• Leading the exploration, validation, and initial execution of a venture concept.
• Shaping the direction of the idea.
• Working through the stages from problem identification and early user discovery through to MVP design and testing.
