Beyond Finance is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to join their team in Houston, TX. This role is crucial in helping clients achieve financial freedom by negotiating delinquent accounts. The Account Resolution Specialist will work on-site and collaborate with external partners to secure the best possible savings for clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- Oversee client finances and provide guidance.
- Utilize tools to consolidate debts and enhance negotiation leverage.
- Manage account queues efficiently.
- Exhibit a passion for helping others and meeting client needs.
- Participate in additional duties and special projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills (listening, verbal, written).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Passion for assisting others with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in technology; Salesforce experience is a plus.
