Job Description
OpenEye, a cloud video platform company and subsidiary of Alarm.com, is seeking an Associate Regional Account Executive to join their team in Liberty Lake, WA. This role involves direct demand generation and business development, contributing to monthly pipeline creation and quarterly revenue targets. The position reports to the Director of Inside Sales and requires an in-office presence. OpenEye prides itself on a casual, fun, and creative culture.
Role Involves:
- Sourcing and closing new business to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Building an understanding of OpenEye’s products and industry position.
- Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, online demos, proposals, and closing deals.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Exceeding goals through outbound calls, emails, demos, and pilots.
- Serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers.
- Collaborating with Customer Success for smooth pilots and implementations.
- Providing customer needs and market intelligence to product management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technology sales experience with proven results.
- Effective communication skills for presentations, relationship building, and rapport.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced environment.
- Strong team orientation.
- Self-motivated with drive, tenacity, and a desire to win.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Salesforce experience a plus.
OpenEye Offers:
- On-target pay range of $82,000 - $92,240, with a base hourly rate of $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus on-target commissions of $30,000 - $34,000.
