Job Description
Legend Biotech is seeking an Associate Director, Global Compensation to join their Total Rewards team. This role will be based in Somerset, NJ. The Associate Director will support the Head of Global Total Rewards in the design, implementation, and management of the company’s global compensation programs and processes, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. This role involves compensation strategy development, job structure design, program management, market analysis, compliance, collaboration, data analysis, and ad-hoc projects.
- Develop and implement global compensation strategies.
- Design and maintain job structures.
- Oversee the administration of global compensation programs.
- Conduct regular market analyses.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and insights.
- Lead special projects such as pay transparency and pay equity analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in compensation program management in a global or public company setting.
- Experience designing and implementing job architecture and salary structures across multiple countries and regions.
- Experience with executive compensation programs and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in compensation software and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Strategic thinking and ability to align compensation programs with business objectives.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
